We have a strict NO RETURN policy on all services purchased.

All annual renewal notices will be invoiced 30-60 days prior to expiration of your software license.

MonarqRC will be more than happy to upgrade your RDS software to RDS Elite.

30-day notice will be given by MonarqRC for any changes in annual renewal rates.
